Dave Newbold

Dave NewboldHeralded by ADWEEK as 'a rising creative star,' Dave's thoughtful and innovative approach has been utilized by such entities as American Express, Foot Locker, Major League Baseball, 7UP, Boy Scouts of America, and many others. Dave is a past president of the Utah Advertising Federation, and was named Creative Director of the Year by that organization. Dave is president of Richter7.

Scott Rockwood

Scott RockwoodScott's work and views have been written about by ADWEEK, Ad Age, Creativity, Communication Arts, Brand Week and the Wall Street Journal. He has been a guest columnist for ADWEEK providing commentary on Super Bowl ads. He has received the highest award given by the American Advertising Federation for advancing the standards of advertising. Among Scott's roles, is to help clients get their brand messaging right.

Peggy Lander

Peggy LanderFrom marketing to administration and management, Peggy's background spells experience. Several years ago, she was named "Account Executive of the Year" by the Utah Advertising Federation. In 2002, she was named one of the "30 Women on the Move" by Utah Business magazine. Recently, she was awarded the "2005 Advertising Professional of the Year" by the Utah Advertising Federation. Peggy serves on the Salt Lake Chamber's Board of Governors, Downtown Alliance Board and Zions Bank Women's Advisory Board.

Tim Brown

Tim BrownTim began his career in Los Angeles doing PR for Fuji Bank, the Consulate General of Japan, et al. Today he's directing major clients through damage communications while getting other clients exposure in national media like the Today Show, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, the Los Angeles Times, Travel & Leisure, etc. A frequent speaker on 'creativity,' Tim threw toy balls to 500 corporate executives as part of his creative thinking workshop. The ideas stormed forward, as did the balls. (No one was harmed…almost.)

Tal Harry

Tal HarryIt seems like Tal Harry was born at Richter7. He began his career here and worked his way up to partner/department head, managing substantial duties with multiple clients and employees. Tal provides guidance for many clients, among them: Zions Bank, Big-D Construction, Utah’s Hogle Zoo. Tal’s experience at Richter7 also includes long stints working with major fast food and restaurant clients and their franchisee groups.

Web Developer

Richter7 is pushing the envelope within the Digital realm and we are looking for a Web Developer to help push it with us. Primarily, we are looking for someone that can tackle front-end and back-end development while still maintaining a team attitude.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work within the Digital team to develop websites using the latest in front-end development (HTML/CSS, cross-browser testing, form creation)
  • Create and manage databases for CMS

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Back-end proficiency (ASP.net, in particular)
  • Have worked with and implemented CMS (with custom SQL databases)
  • API setup and testing (various vendors and platforms)
  • Front-end proficiency (the usual suspects)
  • Ability to have some fun

"Nice-to-have" Skills/Experience:

  • Javascript (jquery)
  • HTML5/CSS3 knowledge
  • Social media integration (i.e. Facebook graph)
  • Foosball
