Web Analytics and Reporting Analyst

This is a part-time position. The ideal candidate will be willing to TeleCommute, be willing to work from home, be a self starter, and be willing to come into the office at least once a week for status meetings.

The Web Analytics and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for providing web analytics services for our agency clients. Responsibilities include setting up tagging, developing metrics, developing reports, and providing insight and interpretation of results across web-sites, micro-sites, social media and digital advertising campaigns. Ideally, the Analyst will be familiar with Web Analytics methodologies and tools such as WebTrends, Optimizer, Omniture and Google Analytics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate significant aptitude for data analysis, and the ability to run and monitor various A/B and multi- variant testing.

Requirements

  • Manages multiple reporting and analytics projects
  • Be part of a team that defines the reporting & analytics strategy, approach and architecture
  • Defines best practices and standards for reporting
  • Evaluate new reporting and analytics tools and methodologies
  • Coordinate with company clients that currently provide reporting and data capabilities and leverage, to the extent possible, existing capabilities
  • Liaison with vendors
  • Supports ongoing process improvement and change control activities
  • Ensure completeness, accuracy, reliability and security of data documentation that currently provide reporting and data
  • Employs formalized policies, procedures and governance to address issues of data quality, access, privacy and publication of reports
  • Some hands-on coding as needed

Account Manager

We’re looking for an account manager with 2-3 years of agency or marketing experience. Requires traditional and digital campaign management experience; ad production knowledge; experience in executing marketing plans; budgeting and tracking skills; excellent writing skills; and ability to lead/manage teams and deadlines.  Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point – InDesign is a plus. Account Supervisor

Richter7 needs a strategically savvy Account Supervisor to assume overall responsibility for key accounts. This position requires 5+ years of agency or marketing experience, including an understanding of traditional and digital media strategies.  Capabilities include knowledge/experience in brand building, strategic planning, integrated campaign development, proposals, and strong written and presentation skills.
