Southwest Airlines Case Study

When Southwest Airlines began flying into Utah, they hired us to maximize their local publicity. Typically they hire a PR firm for an 18-month blitz, then do the ongoing maintenance work with people inside their own organization. In this case, Southwest Airlines was so impressed with the agency’s work, it turned into a five year relationship and the agency was used for some of the national PR work.

We developed an "Adopt a Pilot" concept, aimed at exposure of Southwest Airlines to the educational scene. The U.S. President's Administration thought so highly of the program, the U.S. Department of Education and U.S. Department of Transportation lauded its importance to American students.

Enhancing your exposure through this kind of publicity is a common and effective way to accelerate brand adoption.
