A large national brand based in the Southwest hired us to handle its public relations in Utah. Normally, they would hire a PR firm for 18 months to penetrate a market and then absorb the work using their in-house PR staff. But this company was so impressed by Richter7’s success, they worked with us for five years and expanded our assignment to national projects.
One of these projects took us to Washington D.C. and the middle of America’s education scene. We helped our client introduce a program that connected fourth-graders to a group of high-profile employees. The program had students track the travels and work of these company representatives for one month. The the U.S. Department of Education and others thought so highly of the program, they lauded its importance to American students. Today the program is in 59 markets, involving 800 employees and more than 20,000 elementary school students each year.
This is just one example of how we help companies build strong community relations programs. We are experienced in crafting campaigns that establish rapport, foster understanding, build awareness and lay the groundwork for a positive image.
