Our client, based in North Carolina, had received criticism in the news media and misleading information had been circulated. To set the record straight we wrote an editorial piece to run in the opinion section of the local newspapers. North Carolina’s largest newspaper, the Raleigh-News Observer, ran with our story.

Our client also needed a brochure to promote their service to disabled customers. Regulations required their literature to conform to the Americans with Disabilities Act. So, while not technical in nature, the brochure was written to be understandable to persons with mental disabilities, yet still interesting enough for people with physical disabilities but full mental capacities.

The brochure was well received by members of the disabled community, and demand for our client’s service increased dramatically.
